Unique to Bauer is the Free Flex cuff construction that provides some of the best range of motion on the market, plus it keeps protection where it needs to be at all times. The X700 also boasts a triple-adjustment system on the backhand so goalies can dial in exactly how they want their catcher to fit. 

Internally, Bauer used a traditional nash material that has extra reinforcement in the palm to help dampen vibrations without sacrificing feel for the stick.
